The 5 weekly online sessions allow time for you to try new wellbeing tools and activities and develop positive habits for your wellbeing. You will walk away with your own personalised mental health and wellbeing strategy tailored to your psychological health profile and current life circumstances. Your Be Well Plan will comprise self-selected activities from a collection of evidence based resources to help you deal with stress, build resilience and improve your wellbeing.

All sessions are conducted via Zoom and run 2:00pm to 4:00pm (ACDT) with a 10 minute break
$250 exGST per person
Includes 5 online live facilitated Be Well Plan program sessions, an interactive digital workbook, online resources and your own personalised wellbeing measurement and report.
You are required to attend all 5 sessions.
